If you want the outcome to lean cheap, do it by controlling what goes on the wheel and using the budget buttons, not by expecting the spin itself to favor anything.
How do I get my own local restaurants on the wheel instead of the chains?
Two ways. For one or two places, type the name into Add Your Restaurants, pick a price from the dropdown beside it, and press Add; the slice appears immediately. For a real list, press Import Restaurant List and paste one restaurant per line with dollar signs at the end, so a line reading Mama Rosa Pizzeria $$ becomes a $$ slice. The fastest source is your own order history or a Google Maps saved list, which already contains the twelve or fifteen places you genuinely go. Press Clear All first if you want only your neighborhood spots and none of the default cuisine slices mixed in.

No. This wheel never asks for your location and does not pull live listings, hours, or ratings from a maps service, so it cannot tell you what is still open at 9pm on a Tuesday. Agree the rule out loud before anyone touches SPIN, because negotiating rerolls after seeing the answer is exactly what the wheel is meant to prevent. Tick Allow one veto per person and the Use Veto button in the result popup works once, then refuses.
